Entirely digital, except at the point of production, when the analogue pen hits the analogue paper. Made by a pen plotter, driven by digital stepper motors, guided by a digital SVG file, designed and output from a digital Processing sketch written in Java. Of course, then photographed by a digital camera and posted to an online space on the digital internet. I suppose it depends on what is considered original?!

"Himalayan Blue Poppies - Watercolor" by Patti Deters. The beautiful blooms of blue poppies (Meconopsis) are a stunning an unusual site in any flower garden. These short-lived perennials are tricky to grow and rare in the gardening world, but well worth the extra effort. They resemble red poppy flowers in every way except the petals are blue and the seed pod is not as round. This watercolor drawing shows the three stages of flower growth; seed pod, bud, and full blossom. "Howling Wolf Silhouette" by Patti Deters. A lone wolf howls into the night, where a full moon rises behind mountain silhouettes, casting an array of warm colors across the sky and reflecting on the calm water of the lake below. This wilderness scene is serene and evokes the wild beauty of nature at dusk. The wolf and grasses along the foreground of the shoreline are in silhouette, creating nice contrast with the colorful mountains and sky in the background.

This is my 1st CGI animated city that made it to HD film production.

If you look closely, you can see into the windows of buildings and pickup interior details and maybe even a figure moving inside.

This is so different to what I've been doing still learning what all the brushes do Wild Roses of Home in Pink.

Someone likened the technique I used on my pics as "holographic" - I use a special technique that breaks the "flat" barrier that most art pieces have - where it feels like if you tried to reach into the painting you'd hit a wall - and instead makes it feel like you can reach into the picture, like a window - and gives it more depth - I also do certain techniques to guide your eye to specific things I want it to focus on.

Here's a nearly 2 decade old film incorporating live action and CGI. It includes a total of 3 artists' work.

Now it can be produced in a tenth of the time in full HD using no other artists.

A county road in West Virginia cuts through a green meadow rimmed by a border of trees and bright pink wildflowers. Above the trees, the horizon glows as the sun rises and sets, day after day. Higher up, a flock of peaceful white doves disappears silently into cloudy infinity.
